Paul has advised on over $3 Billion of transactions across all property types in over 30 states. He began investing into real estate by structuring complicated transactions on behalf of his clients and demonstrating his value to various partnerships. He started his career at the height of the great recession working in Master-Planned Communities and with LIHTC projects. In 2013 he moved to the west coast to join George Smith Partners where he financed over $1 Billion in 18 months.

Paul is located in Scottsdale, AZ. He received his degree in Finance from Marquette University where he was a four year member on the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team.
